11/5...... Larry had a good day on the lower Sac. We did a half day drift from the Posse grounds to Bonnyview. It was cool and drizzly but that did not deter Larry or the big rainbows. He caught two fish over 18", one in the first 10 minutes on a Molted glo roe bead and the other on my special tie of a mayfly nymph. The first one was the biggest (over 19") and when Larry hooked it he said "It's a small one". I saw the flash and told him to keep up the tension and the fish will figure out he's hooked in a minute. Then off he shot and fight ensued! Larry was careful and it took about 10 minutes to net the big guy.
